PRIMO SC is a compact high-power UT instrument capable of generating very high voltages and long bursts of energy using a patented pulser-receiver. This ultrasonic testing equipment is used mainly for normal beam applications using both EMAT and DCUT transducers. PRIMO SC runs on Innerspec Technologies Operating Platform (ITOP) using our NDT-WEB User Interface.

Features

  • 1 to 8 channels for normal beam applications (thickness measurement, flaw detection, and property measurements) ranging from 1000kHz to 10MHz.
  • Up to 1000 Vpp per channel, 1 to 3 cycles and up to 3000Hz for fast scanning applications.
  • IP54 industrial enclosure that can be located up to 2m from point of inspection.
  • Industrial input/outputs:
    – Discrete I/O (6I and 6O, TTL 5V-3.3V).
    – 1 Quadrature encoder.
    – 1 Thermocouple.
  • 1 Channel Enclosure. Dimensions: 252mm L x 169mm W x 57mm T. Weight: 1.5Kg
  • NDT-WEB user-interface broadcast via wireless and/or Ethernet connection to any external device -PC, Tablet- running any operating system (Windows, MAC, Linux, Android).
  • NDT-WEB API for web developers that permits access to real time inspection data via a RESTful web interface. Subscribers to this API can control the behavior of the instrument and render real-time inspection data in rich web interfaces with HTML and JavaScript technologies. The inspection data provided by NDT-WEB API is in JSON format and supports standard UT and EC features such as:
    – Single and multi-sensor configurations.
    – Amplitude/TOF (UT).
    – A, B, C scans (UT).
    – Gates, DAC/TCG and Alarms.
    – Band-pass and advanced filters.
    – Encoder and IO controls.
    – Exports to JPEG/CSV.
    – Reporting.

What’s a Rich Text element?

The rich text element allows you to create and format headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, images, and video all in one place instead of having to add and format them individually. Just double-click and easily create content.

Static and dynamic content editing

A rich text element can be used with static or dynamic content. For static content, just drop it into any page and begin editing. For dynamic content, add a rich text field to any collection and then connect a rich text element to that field in the settings panel. Voila!

How to customize formatting for each rich text

Headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, figures, images, and figure captions can all be styled after a class is added to the rich text element using the "When inside of" nested selector system.
