THIN WELDS <12mm (EMAT, VISION)
TEMATE SI uses EMAT guided waves and bulk waves to provide fast, couplant-free ultrasonic inspection on welds from 0.25mm to 12mm in thickness.
THICK WELDS >5mm LASER, ERW, SAW, TIG/MIG (PAUT, EMAT)
Phased Array Ultrasonic Testing (PAUT) for the inspection of welds on pipes and tubes (ERW, SAW). EMAT option for inline inspection of ERW welds.
COIL WELDS IN STEEL FINISHING LINES (EMAT)
The TEMATE SI-MWC and TEMATE SI-LC are designed for automated inspection of Mash Welds and Laser Welds in finishing lines.
COIL WELDS IN STEEL PICKLE LINES (EMAT, VISION)
Weld inspection in pickle lines. Available for flash-butt welders and laser welders.
TAILOR WELDED BLANKS (EMAT, VISION)
Industry standard for volumetric inspection of tailor welded blanks. Detects surface and internal defects at production speeds.
MULTI-PASS WELDS, INSPECTION WHILE WELDING (EMAT)
Ultrasonic inspection of multi-pass welds after each welding pass at temperature up to 200⁰C.
