Innerspec Technologies Operating Platform (ITOP) is a comprehensive software suite that underpins all of Innerspec’s new integrated systems and portable instruments. ITOP includes our customized Operating System (ITOS), the application software for each application (NDT-WEB), a system management and communications utility (SYSTEM MANAGER), and a cloud-based portal (NDT-LINK).

ITOS — Innerspec Technologies Operating System. Custom-made Linux-based Operating System designed specifically for Innerspec Technologies instruments.

NDT-WEB — Application-specific software. First web-based NDT software in the market. It enables users to connect to, control, and monitor inspection systems from any networked computer through a standard web browser, eliminating the need for dedicated client installations. It is native for all Innerspec’s Integrated and Portable Instruments.

SYSTEM MANAGER — System management and communications utility available in all Innerspec’s Integrated and Portable instruments. It monitors and provides a full assessment of the status of the hardware, and permits configuring the system drives, backups, and communication with external devices. When connected to NDT-LINK, it provides cloud backup and storage, and automatic updates on users and software applications.

Innerspec’s integrated and portable systems can be seamlessly connected to NDT-LINK, Innerspec’s cloud-based Asset Management platform. NDT-LINK helps customers manage equipment, users, documentation, maintenance resources, support, training materials, software updates, and cloud storage from a centralized online portal. Designed to improve operational efficiency and equipment visibility, NDT-LINK provides secure access to the tools and information needed to support the full lifecycle of Innerspec inspection systems.

When equipment is connected to NDT-LINK, key functions such as user management, software updates, and cloud storage synchronization can be managed automatically from the cloud. For systems that are not connected to NDT-LINK, all platform features remain available; however, software updates and user-management changes must be transferred manually to the equipment using a USB device.

NDT-LINK Features:

  • User Management. Add and manage users with configurable access levels for both NDT-LINK and connected equipment. When the equipment is connected, user changes can be synchronized automatically from the cloud. For offline systems, user-management updates can be transferred manually using a USB device.
  • System Maintenance. Access tools, insights, and system information to support routine maintenance, performance monitoring, and equipment optimization.
  • Asset Information. View equipment-specific documentation, including manuals, drawings, configuration records, and other technical resources. Customers can also add documentation on the equipment for future reference.
  • Software Updates. Receive automatic email notifications when new software updates are available. Connected systems can be updated through NDT-LINK, while offline systems can receive software updates through manual USB transfer.
  • Spare Parts Lists. Access customized spare parts lists tailored to each system, with options for direct purchasing.
  • Online Support. Submit support tickets, access AI support, and connect with Innerspec’s support team for assistance.
  • Training Materials. Access training resources to support equipment operation, maintenance, and user onboarding.

Optional Packages:

  • Custom Web. Enables intra-plant and inter-company data sharing for machine reports, diagnostics, alerts, and automated spare parts ordering.
  • Cloud Storage. Provides secure cloud storage for inspection data, reports, and related system information. When equipment is connected to NDT-LINK, data and reports can be synchronized automatically with the cloud. For offline systems, data can be transferred manually as needed.

What’s a Rich Text element?

The rich text element allows you to create and format headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, images, and video all in one place instead of having to add and format them individually. Just double-click and easily create content.

Static and dynamic content editing

A rich text element can be used with static or dynamic content. For static content, just drop it into any page and begin editing. For dynamic content, add a rich text field to any collection and then connect a rich text element to that field in the settings panel. Voila!

How to customize formatting for each rich text

Headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, figures, images, and figure captions can all be styled after a class is added to the rich text element using the "When inside of" nested selector system.
