The first web-based software in the NDT market, NDT-WEB is Innerspec’s software architecture for both portable and integrated applications. It enables users to connect to, control, and monitor inspection systems from any networked computer through a standard web browser, eliminating the need for dedicated client installations.
For Integrated Systems, NDT-WEB is offered in three specialized variants: 360, ROUTINE, and COMPOSER, each addressing a distinct inspection use case.
NDT-WEB 360 is designed for large-scale industrial inspection machines where speed, productivity, and multi-instrument control are critical. It enables direct control of complex product-specific inspection machines with hundreds of independent channels. It supports UT, PAUT, EC, PMI, laser measurement, and vision technologies.
Built-in tools simplify the setup and organization of complex channel groups, automate calibration of large instrument clusters, and enable real-time processing and visualization of high-volume inspection data. NDT-WEB 360 communicates directly with the inspection line and the surrounding production environment, making it ideal for dedicated, high-throughput industrial applications.
Standard outputs include A,C Scans, and Strip Charts. All the data can be saved in open-source HDF5.
NDT-WEB ROUTINE is a web-based software suite developed for Innerspec’s CHORUS robotic inspection platform. It provides a complete environment to design, prepare, coordinate, and execute robotic inspections by integrating all offline and online processes into a unified workflow.

NDT WEB COMPOSER is designed for CHORUS robotic systems and compact, multi-application inspection platforms. It supports UT, PAUT, EMAT, and EC high-speed inspections with large volumes of data.
COMPOSER is intended for inspection systems that require adaptability without some of the constraints built into larger, dedicated production machines. It provides acquisition, processing, visualization, and instrument control capabilities for advanced NDT inspections, with configurations that are easy to adapt to different products and inspection setups.
When used with instruments from Innerspec, COMPOSER provides a full low-level API that enables the implementation of custom system behavior, user interfaces, and data-handling processes, supporting application-specific requirements without modifying the core platform or reducing its performance.
The software can also interface with instruments from other manufacturers (through their API). It is ideal for robotic inspection cells, compact inspection systems, and research and development environments requiring flexible deployment in a production-ready industrial package.
Standard outputs include all standard UT and EC views, and an interactive 360° real-time view of the scanned product. All the data can be exported to open-source HDF5 and is compatible with any analysis software in the market (e.g. NDTkit, InspectionWare).
