INSPECTION DE PLAQUES (EMAT)

Le TEMATE PI-NB est un système ultrasonore automatisé destiné à l'inspection volumétrique de plaques métalliques à l'aide de capteurs à faisceau normal. Le TEMATE PI-NB peut être personnalisé pour répondre à vos besoins d'inspection spécifiques.

Caractéristiques

• Technique EMAT sans contact.
• Détecte les défauts plans à l'aide de capteurs 0º. Conforme à toutes les normes pertinentes pour l'inspection des plaques, notamment EN10160, ASTM A435 et ASTM A578.
• Permet une inspection à très hautes températures (jusqu'à 650 ºC) et très basses températures (-30 ºC).
• Facile à déployer : les EMAT n'ont pas besoin d'être perpendiculaires à la surface inspectée pour fournir des données fiables, et les variations de surface dues à l'huile, à l'humidité ou à l'oxydation n'altèrent pas la précision.
• Résultats constants : les bobines EMAT sont des circuits intégrés ne présentant pratiquement aucune variation d'une sonde à l'autre.
• Évolutif pour s'adapter à toute largeur de plaque.
• Options d'intégration hors ligne et en ligne disponibles.

Static and dynamic content editing

A rich text element can be used with static or dynamic content. For static content, just drop it into any page and begin editing. For dynamic content, add a rich text field to any collection and then connect a rich text element to that field in the settings panel. Voila!

How to customize formatting for each rich text

Headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, figures, images, and figure captions can all be styled after a class is added to the rich text element using the "When inside of" nested selector system.
