temate® Si-CJ (formerly temate® 2000) "temate® Commissioning Better Than Expected.... The performance of the temate® has exceeded all expectations the first month of operation. The weld break performance is at 0.113 percent (3 weld breaks out of 2,652 welds through the Tandem Mill) since commissioning. Through February there were no weld breaks out of 1,853 welds. The Tandem Mill productivity increased 6% (186 TPH to 198 TPH) during the first two weeks of temate® operation. February productivity has also increased another 7.8% (198.4 TH to 215.1 TPH) and delays remain below goal."
